I'm having the same problem, and my printer stopped around the same percentage. I'm using an Ender 3. Nothing else is wrong. My print is really small, too. I sliced with Cura just like the other people on this thread (a recent version), and I think it must be a Cura problem? That's the only common denominator I can see. I designed this model myself and I know it's not broken either, so idk. Picture attached so you can see what I'm talking about.
