For  sure, when needed i'll go for custom support, but i'd like a general handling solution.

The milimetric support on thread is kinda abusive

the 61° seems to be  the key

I used the standard 50°

It may have drawback, but for the general desing i'm using/making, it seems functional

I'm a bit lost in the support parameters.

Is there any way to define one minimal surface to be supported ?

 

The supports are generated for very small brideged surfaces, wich shall be ok with no support. (like embossed text, or threads)

The support removal in such shapes is very difficult
