After consulting Elegoo support, I solved the issue by reformatting the TF card! The problem with USB is still pending.

Same happened to me yesterday. Then, I also tried to print with USB cable but if the heat-bed and extruder are warming up, the Y-axis is frozen and the print is made only on X- and Z-axis. Then I reinstalled Cura software but the same happened with heat-bed and extruder off. Currently I am also blocked...
