Hello, I had the same issue, and contrary to what's written on that suppor page, Cura 4.10 does NOT work on MacOS Sierra 10.12.6. After trying a few releases, the most recent version of Cura that runs is Cura 4.8.0. You can get it from Github releases: https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/releases/tag/4.8.0 Cura 4.9.0 and later do not run on MacOS 10.12.6.
