Hi, We have an Ultimaker S5 pro bundle. Works fine when using Cura 5.1.0 or via the Management Console by ip-adress. But with the Digital Factory it is not possible to connect. The printer says it is connected to the Digital Factory and gives no code, while in the Digital Factory there's no printer shown and we still have to submit a 6 digit code when adding one. Tried to reset the digital factory in the settings menu and tried to factory reset the printer. What else can we do? The log of the printer is added as .zip.
