No security software installed, just what's built into Windows. Running as Administrator doesn't work either.

1. Only 1 monitor 2. No GPU Tweak installed 3. I have Radeon Graphics on my laptop, but I tried the solution at the provided link anyways. For step 7 the 2 options I have are "AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics" and "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 with Max-Q Design". I tried both but Cura still doesn't open with either one. 4. Do not have Nahimic

The splash screen just never goes away, the loading spinner is frozen and it says "Initializing package manager..." I've tried restarting my computer, installing the latest version (5.2.1), uninstalling old versions, etc. Still does the same thing every time. Log file attached cura.log
