Export files with the profile name in the filename?

When exporting or saving files to cura I get the following default name "CE3E3V2_Frame 1x5 Skadis" Is there a way to export the files with the profile used to slice? For example if my file is "Frame 1x5 Skadis" have the default filename as "PLA 0,6 Nozzle Frame 1x5 Skadis"?
