  1. Hi, I'm a newbie to Cura, but not to printing with multi-materials. I'm migrating to Cura 5.3 because the interlocking structures feature is a super idea and could save me hours of tweaking Gcode from Slic3r (used for over 10years now)! I've tried the CrocClip projects from Thingyverse, but a have a huge problem with the resulting Gcode : when the head pauses to adjust the nozzle temperatures for either head, it pauses OVER THE PRINT and thus leaves blobs on the surface (the temperature change can take, like, 30seconds n- and one or both nozzles start to ooze during this time). Is there a way to tell Cura to pause OUTSIDE of the print perimeter to avoid the blobs (which become obstacles for the print heads) ? Thanks in advance, Glenn
  2. Hi Calab, I use the AppImage file, as you mentioned, and I create a launcher that points to the AppImage file. As I use quite a few applications this way I have a local "Apps" directory that keeps them in one place (instead of being mixed-in with other downloaded files). Remember to change the permissions on the image file (allow to execute) before trying to use it. You can get more information about launchers here, or goggle for other ideas. Regards,Glenn
