I have a similar problem. I have worked on it longtimes but without result. Cura is unable to print internal parts ! Why ? I join two simplified examples in cura and blend format. Will be very happy to find an explanation for this problem. It stopped my projects. Not manifold, not "hole" , not many other don't work.
