Using 5.2.2 and having the same issue. Upgraded to 5.3 and it got worse... Please fix. Cura just ignores wall order. If i change "minimum wall line width" to 0.5 * Nozzle Diameter, it prints as expected(two inner walls instead of one), but the surface quality is not good that way because it cant print that small line width accurately...
