Hi, I have designed and prototyped an accessory to the Ultimaker that I think most people would find very useful. It is a small device that makes it easy and clean to apply a perfect coat of oil to the ways of a 3D printer, using a U-shaped applicator tip - I call it the WayStick. The applicator is made of felt and can be periodically re-saturated with oil, making the device reusable. I have attached some photos and a video of how it looks and works. Please let me know if you think this is a good idea and if you would use this yourself. Any feedback would be great!
