It looks like you're using Tinkercad? If so, I believe they have some pre-made dice block shapes you can use. Otherwise, grab a square "box" and crank the "steps" all the way up, then tweak the "radius" up just a smidge to get those smooth edges. From there, you can take a sphere and put it to its "hole" mode, stick it about halfway in the side of the die block and group. Should just be able to duplicate at that point on!
