Thanks Slashee, regarding "Not in Skin means it will avoid all walls and all skin, not just the visible layer." what do you mean "invisible layer"?

There are two options "Not on outer surface" and "not in skins". "not in skins" is easy to understand, which implies combing happens in walls and infills. But what is "outer surface"? inner walls + outer walls + skins? or outer walls + skins? or just outer walls? I hope someone can explain it to me with consistent terms like walls and skins. Thanks
