My class is printing lithophanes and using Cura to convert the images for our Prusa i3's to print. We do a height of 1, first layer height 0.1, and print it at 0.1 layer height. One printer is smooth and the other one has extremely jagged layer edges like this. I normally use PrusaSlicer, but have swapped to Cura for the lithophane feature. Here is what I have checked: Nozzle is clean z-height is adjusted (both ways) with no change. Thoughts?
