Thank you! I was able to solve it by running the Lift Switch Calibration procedure, and that let it print the x-y calibration model.

Hello, I'm trying to calibrate the X-Y axis on my Ultimaker S5. Everything has been going well except when it switches over to the second print head. Once it does, the print head is too high off the build plate and therefore the filament does not adhere properly, making the test useless. I have already manually levelled the build plate several times to be accurate, Is this a problem with the Z Axis?
