Printahbot

I recently moved to Cura because I wanted more advanced settings for ironing. I use a Flashforge Adventurer 4 and for the most part Flashprint is kinda cool, it just works but it's no frills. The settings are limited. I've attached a picture of the problem I am having with my first few prints in Cura. It looks as if the nozzle doesn't stop printing between layers which creates mad stringing. I have tried messing around with retraction settings but I've probably done it incorrectly because I don't seem to get any changes. I've also included the gcode file for analysis. I'm not sure what to do to try clean up this problem, any guidance is greatly appreciated. DNX_M8_26mm_1.50.gcode
