I recently purchased an Ultimaker S7 and the print is printing off the side of the build plate. During a normal print or calibration, the print head is going to the front left or front right of the 3D printer and extruding outside of the base dimensions. has anyone seen this issue with their printers? I have the print centered on CURA, but I don't understand how the calibration is even printing off page. Any help would be appreciated. I have reached out to support, and they asked me for pictures and the log diagnostics but have not heard back yet.
