Going off what you have said here, I am going to assume you have a S7 Pro Bundle? (S7 + Material Station)
If so, this is standard preload purging that is done at the start of each print and nothing to be alarmed about.
The reason it would do it off both the left and right sides, this would be the best locations to purge the left and right print cores respectively.
Once its completed its cycles it should start the print.
