Update! This solution worked! https://gist.github.com/rb-dahlb/26f316c5b6089807a139fc44ee69f0d1 to install the fix named curafix.sdb copy to c:\ and run from an admin cmd prompt sdbinst.exe -q c:\curafix.sdb

The "Compatibility Pack" did not work.

That is interesting since my OpenGL Extensions Viewer detects 3.1 not 1.1 and the application is only checking for either 2 or 4 not 3, so if I really have 3.1 then that might mean the problem is with the application. I will attempt the suggestions and then submit a bug report.

Sorry, no log file exists in that location. Only a stdout file a folder above that with a generic message. stdout.log

Cannot launch Cura 5.6.0 on Windows 10. Yes I ran sfc, updated to latest drivers, and I confirmed my hardware runs OpenGL 3.1. None of it worked so far.
