Hello community, I've encountered an issue while printing with my Ultimaker 2+. In the attached video, you can see the problem occurring during the printer's preparation phase. However, after turning it off and waiting for it to completely shut down, I restarted it and attempted to print again. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred halfway through the printing process, as shown in the video. Any insights or advice on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
