The grease that comes with it is Magnalube-G, a PTFE (ie, teflon) general purpose grease for automotive and motorcycle use. Amazon has it, best deal without breaking the bank is the grease gun tubes, or one pint can. $12.99 for one 14.5 oz, or $23.99 for two 14.5 oz grease gun tubes, or $13.99 for a 1 pint (16 oz) can. You should barely be using any. Too much grease just gets pushed out of the way, and promotes the build-up of dust and hair. Careful with oils - you don't want to get them on the wood as it will soak in and may cause it to swell.

What did you ask them? I had an answer from them very quickly, but the question was regarding a possible mistake on the address. If your question is one about when it will ship, it might not get the highest priority as it has been about 6 weeks for you and that is within the expected time frame. Just sit tight, be patient. They did just move to another building.

1136 order number 12/23/2011 date of confirmed payment 02/08/2012 picked up by DHL 02/13/2012 received at 11:30am I never emailed them to ask about how long it would take (it did say 4 to 6 weeks on the website), I just looked here before I ordered and at that time it seemed like it was taking about 6 weeks. I see they just moved to a new building, so I have no complaints about the wait time. And I'm very pleased that it took only 5 days to ship here, and that included a weekend.

I had some training in AutoCAD, albeit in 2D only. I have downloaded 123D, I'm hopeful.

Is "never heard of it" also an option? Really? Hm. I suppose it is an option. It wasn't terribly expensive, under $200 including 3D and two training DVDs and books (one for 2D, one for 3D). I'd like to find out if anyone else is using it for this sort of thing.

I'm hoping to hear soon that mine is shipping as it has been about 6 weeks. 100001136 12/23/2011 date of confirmed payment "Processing" I just received a shipping notification from DHL this morning, Feb 2, 2012. However, my address as listed in the notification is missing the state, Washington. I'm going to call DHL today and ask if the zip code is enough to get it here. I have filed a support ticket. A strangeness: when I registered on the support website, when I entered my order number, it keeps saying "required field is missing" until I took the order number out. I registered without it, as it is not required. When I tried to add it to my profile, I got the same error message.
