I've just received my UM2 and it has been doing this from the beginning. I have only really done 6-7 prints so far. I've now left a ticket for the support team and been waiting for an reply. Have a look at this video where my print head does the "death rattle"
Auch! the noise is pretty loud and it shakes the whole table. Can't be good in the long run for the motors.
Sounds like this might be a quite common issue. My fan does not seem to be bent... at least not as much as in the pictures above. Could it be that in my case the whole switch is not working? Could I test the switch somehow by pressing it while the printhead is moving? Can the printehad be moved somehow by hand so I could do some testing?
