Debido a la falta de tiempo para dedicarle a la impresión 3D, estoy vendiendo mi ultimaker 2 Está en perfectas condiciones, la he modificado para usar el alimentador de IrobertI y un bloque olsson, pero también tengo las piezas originales. La impresora viene con varias boquillas para el bloque olson: 2x0,4mm de latón, 1x0,25mm de latón, 1x0,8mm de latón, 1x0,4mm de acero y 1x0,8mm de acero. La impresora siempre ha estado en un sitio seco, y cuando no ha estado en uso, siempre ha estado cubierta para prevenir el polvo. El sensor pt100 y el cartucho de calor fueron cambiados recientemente y tienen menos de 300 horas de impresión. La cama de vidrio tiene algunos rasguños en una de las caras, debido a una impresión difícil de separar, pero la otra cara está en perfecto estado.   3. Hello and good morning! Due to time constraints - as in, I've no longer have enough spare time to model & print - I'm selling my ultimaker 2. It's in working condition, with roughly 1000+ of printing time. I've modified it with IrobertI's feeder and the olsson block, but I still have both the old block & nozzle, and the original feeder parts. The printer comes with 2x04.mm brass nozzles, 1x0.8mm brass nozzle, 1x0.25mm brass nozzle, 1x0.4mm steel nozzle and 1x0.8mm steel nozzle and it has always been kept in a dry storing place, covered when not in use. The pt100 sensor is relatively new (less than 300 hours of printing, aprox) and the heat block as well. The glass bed has some visible scratches on one side - caused when trying to pull a cold printed piece, but it's in working condition on the other side. I'm willing to sell it for 1.400€, no VAT and I can send it to any place in europe for that price. I'm willing to negotiate the price, too, but if it's lower than that, delivery fees will be paid by the buyer. If you have any questions, or want to see a video of the printer in action, let me know.   4. True. That's why I thought weird when cura showed me the layer view and I noticed the crosshatch pattern. At first I thought the infill density might have something to do with it, thinking that perhaps cura might have overridden it for some reason. So I just changed it to 100% to see if that was the issue, but it wasn't. I'm still fiddling with the "faulty" settings, but I can't seem to find which one is causing this. After resetting the profile settings, it works normally, but I'm curious as to what might be going on here.
  5. Sorry, I was fiddling with the settings to see if something changed, and I think I posted a different profile file. I did as you suggested and reset the setting to default. Indeed, it looks completely solid again (as it should) at 100% fill density, but also at 0% fill density. The parts are 1.275mm in height. However, if I load the posted profile, the holes in the top layer appear again, even if I set it to 100% fill density. I wonder what could be the cause of this?
  6. Lately I've been struggling with some underextruding issues, which make the top layer of my prints a rather ugly mess. Today, when sending a test print to cura, I noticed something strange on the top layers: This is the top layer, and you can clearly see the holes between the lines. This results in a rough surface when the print is finished. The weird part is that in the lower layers, the effect is less pronounced: Until it disappears completely at layer 1: I've tried fiddling with some of the setting from cura, but I can't get the top layer to be as smooth as the first layer. I admit I've no idea what might be causing this. Have you run into this issue before? could it be a bug with cura, or is it something I'm not doing right? Thanks in advance.   7. Makes sense. I'll try with stick glue first, and if that doesn't work, I'll see if I can find M3 tape.
  8. Wow, thanks a lot for the advice! Yes, I'm using PLA. I thought the bevel at 45 degrees would be good enough to print without support, but I completely forgot about the temperature I tried now. I don't have blue tape, so what I did was leave the heated bed on for the first layer (I added a brim to both prints) then turn it of as soon as the base was done. With that and Labern's advice, it printed perfectly. I'll be sure to write this in my printing notes, I can see how it would be very useful for other printing projects. Thank you very much!
  9. Good night! I'm currently trying what I thought it would be a simple print, a round "staple" with a loop on top. The first part prints very well, but when the nozzle reaches the flat top, the nozzle begins pushing the top down, as if it were trying to print lower than the current height. The loop in the flat top also prints with the nozzle touching the printed material (and pushing it to the borders with the movement). The results, as you can see, are not pretty: What am I doing wrong with this print? Is it a problem of printer bed calibration or something else? Thanks for your advice!   10. Thanks for the graph, gr5, I've bookmarked it to keep in handy for future references :cool: It's indeed good advice, I'm currently printing the replacement, it'll finish in 2 hours. I'm currently using 0.1mm layer height for most projects. I have a batch of minis waiting to be printed, which I plan to print at 0.05 for high quality and see how it works out.
  11. I'm currently printing at 50 mm/s, with a temperature of 210º. The printer is working again. I withdrew all the material and tightened the tension screw until the indicator was in the middle. I'm currently printing the leveling circles, but as soon as that works, I'll print the new feeder system as per your suggestion. Thanks!
  12. Kris: yes, I've cleaned the nozzle using the atomic method. I'm not sure what other methods I can use to clean the nozzle. Acetone, maybe?
  13. Good day. I'm having a strange problem with my ultimaker 2 printer. Yesterday, after replacing a broken heat sensor, I started printing to see if everything was ok. First print came out beautifully, no problems at all. Then I left the printer doing an overnight job, only to find out this morning that the printer stopped shortly after finishing the rafts. I retracted the material to see if the nozzle was clogged, but it appears to be ok - I can insert an acupunture needle without problems. However, I had to cut part of the PLA filament, as it looked like this: The tension indicator is somewhere near a third of the box: The coils of the filament are loose, and if I heat up the nozzle I can make it extrude by pushing the filament manually. However, as soon as I send something to print, the head moves but no material comes out. The third fan is working correctly. I've tried tightening the tension screw, as well as loosening it, but the problem is still there, and I'm at a loss as to what else I can try. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

  16. UPDATE I did some more tests today, using the move material function. The nozzle heated up without problems until it reached 210º, then the temp skyrocketed and the temp error appeared. I shut it down, disconnected the printer and waited 40 minutes, then turned it on again, entered the heat nozzle function and tried moving the sensor wires (just in case). Temp didn't change. I selected move material again, and once more the temperature increased steadily until 210º, then it went off the scale again. Once again, shut down printer, waited 40 minutes, turn on again, went to heat nozzle and set the temp to 100º. The temperature of the extruder reached 130º, then startet oscillating between 130º - 110º, so I then started increasing the temp slowly (130, then 150, then 170, then 190). In all cases the temperature of the extruder oscillated between 10º higher than the set temp, or 10º lower (I.E. 140-120 when set at 130). Finally, once it reached 190º degrees, it kept climbing until the error appeared. I'm at a loss as what can be the problem. Any suggestions?
  17. Good afternoon Thanks for the advice! I just did as you recommended (my room temp is 30º) and I wiggled the wires a bit, and then a bit more. Hard as I tried, the temperature moved 1º only, even when I was moving the wires near the print head. If it's a software issue, how can I solve it? Thank you very much!
  18. UPDATE I turned off the printer, then turned it on again, and went again to the move material option in maintenance. Same thing happened - the error appeared at 230º. I got curious, turned off the printer and waited a long while, then turned it on again. This time I just used the option to heat up the nozzle, and set the target temp to 190º. The printer reached the 190º temp, and a few seconds later gave the error. Apparently once the nozzle has been hot for sometime, the sensor malfunctions.
  19. Well, the error has come back, when I was tightening the feeder screw. I opened the electronics again, disconnected and connected the temp1 sensor again, and went into maintenance mode -> move material. I kept and eye on the extruder temp while I fiddled with the feeder screw. The temperature rose steady up to 210º, and then afterwards it rose a bit more slowly until it reached 230º, then it gave the temp sensor error. I'm thinking it could be the electronics board, as the wires feel slightly loose, but I'm not sure. Are there any other tests I might perform? Thanks in advance
  20. @ClosedCircuit I did - I followed the instructions to open the electronics of the printer. However, since it says temp error bed, I thought it might be for a different error than mine, because the message on my printer didn't have the word "bed". It's my understanding - after checking a few threads in this forum - that the error is related to the nozzle sensor rather than the bed sensor. And you're right, it's an excellent guide!
  21. Thanks for your answer, Gr5. I disconnected the temp1 cable and connected it again, appliying some pressure with a tweezer to make sure it latched ok. The printer finished the configuration wizard without a hitch and I'm going to print a test to see if its solved. Thank you very much!
  22. Good day! I bought an ultimaker 2 printer last week, and I received it last thursday. I went through the configuration wizard and succesfully printed a trial print - so far, so good. Then I started doing some print tests to familiarize myself with the printer, and the first two went beautifully. However, after the third print was done and the printer was in the cooling down phase before print removal, the screen showed the following error: "Error - Stopped Temp sensor Contact ultimaker support" I submitted a ticket and checked the forums for relevant topics. So far, most of the advice I've seen involves opening the printer, which I'm leery of doing because I don't want to void the printer's warranty. Is there something else I might try to solve this issue? so far I've tried resetting the printer to its factory settings, but the error comes up immediately after the loading material part of the configuration wizard. is it a common issue, or should I be worried?
