.02, it is something in the firmware causing it to either mirror, or just double the size of the z axis, i had another printer before this one, and i am printing the same parts, and the z is double on every one.
It does not have a stable bed on the z axis, the one i had before did, so i am thinking it is something to do with that.

#define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT {78.74,78.74,800,100}

Z Hop is set to 0.0
-
where is the zhop settings?
-
Sorry guys it is the z axis that is double the size. You think it could have something to do with the table moving up and down?
-
I think the problem is, it is mirroring the x axis somehow, just cant find the solution.
-
I have tried several files, they all do the same thing.

Does anyone ever download files from here, for some reason the x is always double the size, i am assuming there is a difference in the gcode?
-
OK got it guys, thanks for your help, its finally printing well, and it was much easier to do it in the firmware, versus moving the wires, its a pain to get to the controller,
Once again thank you guys.

Yea when i tell it to autohome, everything works just fine, but when it goes to print the z axis goes to the bottom.
-
Well i thought everything was good, until i goto print, it moves the table all the way to the bottom, and starts the grinding.
-
Yes that got everything working the way it should, thank you again for your help & patience.

No when the x axis goes to the left, the endstop does nothing, stuck on that right now.
And i meant to say it is supposed to home at back left.
-
Phone is being stupid cant upload a picture, but when the x axis goes to the right, i can hit the endstop switch and it works, when it goes to the left, it does not work.
-
Its a makerbase 1.0

OK set X_HOME_DIR -1, it goes left now, but the endstop does not work.It hits it and tries to keep going
