That fixed it for me. 3.3.1 loaded fine and got past the Changelog screen. Seems to be working properly again. Thanks!

Nope. Not stable. Won't even launch. Window with Release notes pops up, then goes away. Main program screen never opens. Installed on C: drive. Replaced 3.2.1 (uninstalled on install of 3.3). Now I have to go find 3.2.1 to re-install, because it worked.

Same thing happens under Windows 10. It opens the popup with the Release notes for 3.3, then that disappears and it goes away. No error messages, just gone.
