Found this article "Ender 3 Neo is not in list of printers in Cura 5.1.1 for macOS" and wondering if I can follow it to get my Ender up and running?

I am running Cura 4.4.0 on a A5s Auruao 3D printer, Designed in SketchUp 2017. It slices the STL file and forgets to fill in the walls, and top. Removed Cura 4.4.0 and reinstalled 4.3.0. Now the walls are finished at the top of print. Included a picture of 4.4.0 after a print of project, upside down using Tree support, it never printed the upper layers. Is this my error or is it a bug in the version. PS reaaly appreciate the advances in Cura.

Thank You Elle, have been away my apologies. Ok I had removed all of Cura I could find on my C Windows 10 Lenovo. Went online and reinstalled Ultimaker Cura-3.2.0-win64. It ran and gave me the same error " Cura error freeze in Python". Went to Appdata\Roaming\cura. and there is no folder. I find this folder C:\Program Files\Ultimaker Cura 3.2 and request guidance on how to proceed. RJ

Downloaded the Ultimaker Cura-3.3.1-win64 yesterday and got an error " Cura error freeze in Python". Uninstalled 3.3.1 and reinstalled "Ultimaker Cura-3.2.1-win64". Get the same error, went to Python and let it repair and still getting error. Not knowledgeable to repair myself.
