Ticking that box seems to have fixed the issue

I did an relative dual extruder calibration very recently. Is it possible there is a software bug that automatically changed the printer settings / unticks the "Apply Extruder Offset to GCode" box automatically?

I am experiencing a bug I never encountered before on my UMS3: the support material (Extruder 2, Ultimaker White Breakaway) seems to be printed with a ~22mm horizontal offset with respect to the actually print (Extruder 1, Ultimaker White PLA) I haven't (voluntarily) changed the printer settings. But that might be where the problem is. Could you please let me know what the defaults settings should be for the Ultimaker S3 extruders offset? See my current settings in screenshots attached. Cura version: latest - 4.11.0 Ultimaker S3 FW: latest - 6.5.1 Thank you in advance for your help
