[Start layer problem]

You don't mention what you have set for 'retraction extra prime amount' you could be loosing nozzle pressure during travel moves.

Also make sure coasting is disabled.

It could be a slight over extrusion and the nozzle is dragging the adjacent line.

Try reducing flow to 80%.

Selecting wall ordering 'outside to inside' might solve the problem.

Had another look and it seems the model is not quite laying flat on the buildplate.

click on the model and open the rotate screen, in there is the option to lay flat.

But printing it that way up will probably need support.

There is a setting in 'mesh fixes' called 'remove empty first layers' try de-selecting that.

Using a 0.2 nozzle and a 0.2 line width seems to give good results.

Or just setting 0.2 line width might work ok,ish

Ver 5.2.1 slices your project file just fine, all holes supported.

Just sink the model into the bed upto the desired height and then slice the part that is above the bed.
