  1. Thanks for all your interest. This Ultimaker is now sold.
  2. Purchased new in August 2018. Printer still in nearly new condition. Only printed a dozen parts. There is still some filament left from the original demo rolls which will be included with the UM3. Total hot time on the print heads ~3 days (BB 0.4mm head) and ~6 days (AA 0.4mm head). Also comes with one brand new (never used) AA 0.4mm print head and PolyMaker dry box. Local pickup preferred. Comes with original box & packaging. Selling as I am going back to school and no longer need the machine. Asking $2800 CAD.
  3. Thank you @kmanstudios. I would love to see my UM running smoothly with PVA like yours. I guess I will have to continue my search to control humidity better.
  4. Thank you @JohnInOttawa. I also thought it was the humidity at first so I bake-dried and sealed with desiccant, etc. But I think it's interesting that my PVA stops extruding at the same height regardless of the print size. (I have a larger print that also failed to extrude PVA at a nearly the same height level.) So now I'm thinking it might be Cura related?
  5. This past week, every print with PVA has failed on my Ultimaker 3. Here is what I have done so far. 1. For example, during print#1 shown below, it stopped extruding PVA (printcore was just going around without PVA extruded). 2. I baked PVA on Ultimaker build plate at 50 degreeC for 2 hours. 3. Hot-pulled the hotend until clean. 4. At the start of print#2, PVA was extruded clean. 5. During print#2, PVA extruded better with no missing gaps, but stopped extruding at nearly the same level as print#1. 6. Feeder's moving back and forth ok. (however PVA at the feeder's been grinding to a varying degree to the point where for a large print it snapped) 7. I've always kept the filaments in a sealed bag with desiccant. 8. I'm using UM filaments. I'm really hoping that someone can help me out here! Thanks.
  6. I agreed with Dim3nsioneer in terms of diagnose and disabled the jet setting. I also set "SeamCornerPreference" to "Hide or Expose" as Nicolinux suggested just to be sure. I just printed it and the problem has been solved! Thank you guys.
  7. Hello, I've been trying to print marvin. Although everything looks fine, I'm keep getting this z-scar (vertical line) on marvin's head. This has been consistent even after changing the setup to: 1. Increase printing temp to 210 2. Print Speed to 50mm/s 3. Fan speed 100% I'm not sure what else needs to be done to fix this problem. Please help!
