  1. Let's close this topic. I changed the firmware and Cura version while error 999 was persistent. The local reseller spent several hours and did not find the cause. After that, I removed all Cura versions and stored profiles. After new Cura installation, there was a warning about corrupt profiles. ER999 disappeared.

     

  2. Update. Error ER999 occurs at every new layer.  After finished layer head travels to starting position and from there back and begins printing new layer. At this time ER999 occurs.

    I'd like to repeat above procedure, but I get different prompt and commands are not working.  I use username and password "ultimaker". Printer is S5. Where is a mistake?
