  1. So, it turns out it was the filament and the layer being printed. I am seeing the exact same thing on another printer. Thanks for the helpful replies! I really mean it, no sarcasm. You guys were positive and had some good suggestions.
  2. It seems to be the same number of layers, and I don't have any sort of fuzzy mesh on the lower layers. I will keep trouble shooting the problem. Thanks!
  3. I am using a heavily modified anet A8. This is a new problem that might be a lead screw problem. My first layers, like the first 20 have very rough walls, but after that they smooth out. Any thoughts of where I might look in cura or my hardware? I have just calibrated the extruder e steps as well as making sure that the manual bed leveling is almost perfect. I have attached a picture of what I am seeing.
  4. I know this is old, but my 0,0 is the left rear of the bed. My printer is a rebuild of an old 3DSystems printer that had it's home in the same place. I am having the exact same issue. How do I tell Cura that 0,0 is the left rear, not the left front?
