Ive started noticing a new problem with my Ultimaker 2. Every few seconds the feeder will skip just once throughout he whole print. After about an hour of printing it decides to stop extruding entirely and the feeder has moved to constant skipping. When i go to "move material" the filament comes out just fine, so I seem to get the idea that it is not a clogged nozzle. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thats what i initially thought. However when trying to attach the base with the fans on again, it wouldnt line up because the heat cartridge was pushing against he metal, indicating it should be going in a little further.

I took apart my head to try and solve a blockage problem on my U2, and the heater catridge came out just fine. But when I'm trying to put it back in it wont go all the way in, and I dont want to damage it by using force. Any suggestions?
