I have had a Creality CR-10 Max for a few weeks now. My first few prints came out very well with minimal issues, but now there has been a problem where The intake motor will randomly spin the wrong direction very quickly with a loud noise. This is causing under extrusion unless I set the prince be very low. I have included a short video that shows the motor turning the wrong way (this was not when a retraction should happen) and two small cubes that I printed today. Both were printed using PETG. The darker one was printed at 15 mm/s, and the other one was printed at 37 mm/s for the bottom half, and then 50 mm/s for the top half. At lower speeds, the prints come out much better, but I was previously able to print at the same quality at higher speeds, and I can’t print large parts because they take too long at such low speeds. This problem also occurs with PLA, so I know the filament is not the problem. Any help is much appreciated!
