I just did some calibration and retraction testing using custom gcode and ended up with a retraction speed of 45mms and liked the way it looked compared to 40, when I tried putting 45 into cura it went red and said I couldn't do that. Why and how can I get it to do what I want?

Hey, i was wondering if there's a way to get the estimated time to more accurately represent what the print will be. I've had cura show me 18 hours on a print which took 22+ Even small prints, ones which say 20 minutes in cura take an hour or more. It's extremely frustrating that I can't plan print times. I'm using an anycubic mega x.
