  1. Hello, Thank you for replying my question! Here is the list what I did: 1. re-install latest version of cura software 2. update firmware of 3d printer (ultimaker S5) 3. calibrate the lift switch (on 3d printer display) 4. tighten every pulley axis 5. test with changed offset value of y-axis The lift switch function is working correctly. At the beginning of 3D printing, after the first layer (PLA) is made, a lift switch is performed to move to the first layer (PVA). At this time, the location of the 3d printer head is deviated. This problem tends to be similar to the following links, but I can't find the exact cause. The cause of all the problems is that, as shown in the first video, something does not move smoothly and behaves as if it is stuck somewhere during the lift transition. Please watch the video carefully, it can be seen at the 8th sec. Thank you!
  2. Hello, I'm writing to have a question about 3d printer core positioning error. I'm currently using ultimaker 5s 3d printer. The printing setting was set to recommed one. After printing the first PLA layer, the printing core position is changed in the process of converting to the second PVA core. I don't know why these problems occur and how to solve this. The video of the problem is below. print_core_problem.zip Please advise on this problem. Thank you!
