Re-Brass

I have a t-rex wlan dual but not idea. I tested a print with a -34mm offset for the 2nd extruder. It is working. But sometimes I get the same error (unable to print the content of the file) . When it's working, I see my print with its supports on the screen of the t-rex. When not working, I see the same print without supports. Is there a limitation regarding the settings I can put with Cura and the ones my printer is able to do?

Hello everybody! I'm new in this forum and just start to print with my T-rex dual extruder from Bresser. This printer is the exact copy of creator pro. I try your settings in Cura. and add the gx plugin (t-rex only read .gx). File is well recognize by the printer but it tells me there is an error with the file without any explanation. Maybe there is something wrong with the settings?... see attached my printer settings in cura 5.2.1. Thanks for your help, very appreciate !
