    A more "permanent" fix for me was to: Open Cura and move it to whatever monitor it should always open on. In Cura, go to: Preferences > Configure Cura > General, uncheck the "Restore window position on start" checkbox. Close and reopen with both screens to test. Note: Opening saved project files will still open on another screen, so just open Cura > File > Open File instead.

    @travisty22 - The fix for me was disabling a second screen temporarily, then relaunching. Right-click desktop > Display settings > Show only on 1 (or 2, if screen 1 is the problematic one).
