I would love to see this also. Like @burtoogle mentioned, there is the little refresh icon that appears next to all the settings you have altered - you just have to show all settings, expand all the groups and skim over them to find them all. It would be nice to be able to filter down to just those that were changed, or show the list on that Save Project popup.
