Hi! I have an issue with an Ultimaker S5: when i try to unload material it says "material in use" even though i am not printing. The indicator light is blue (see ). The PLA seems damaged. Inspecting the back of the printer i see material stuck in the bowden tube below the feeder. I know how to open the feeder for cleaning, but i cant find any guide for unloading the material! Is it a sensor issue or mechanical issue? Please refer to relevant guides or videos if you have experienced similar issues. Thanks! Hello! I am new to 3D printing, and have some questions. The setup i am working with is a Ultimaker S5, i know someone recently used it (so i know it works). I just want to test print a simple shape, like a square-shaped box, so i can see the process. So my question is: is there a library of standard shapes i can easily access on Ultimaker Cura, or another site? Thanks! jm
