The main reason I went this way was so that I could increase wall thickness on the sleeves without increasing wall thickness of the whole print. If I redid the model as three separate pieces within the same model, would I then import the 3 models into Cura and then group them together.?

I have 4 gears to print and wish to include a reinforcing sleeve in the centre. I need to make sure that the sleeve is exactly central to each gear rather than judging by eye. Is there a way to make sure both items are concentric before slicing? Cura 5.7 Thanks Brian CCT_4XSmallGear_Tube_Shaft.3mf

Has anyone expereinced a difference in extrusion temp needed for different colour pla? I used a whole roll of white pla with no problems set at 200deg When I changed the filament to black, the first 3 prints failed part way through due to non extrusion. I changed the temp setting to 220 deg and it now works fine Your thoughts?

Ultimaker 5.4.0 I am having problems printing a mini easel with hinges. The easel prints ok but after removing supports and trying to move the hinge, it breaks off instead of moving. Being new to 3D printing I probably am using the wrong settings for walls, infill etc. Infill 20% Grid, walls 2. Your suggestions most welcome Thanks Brian Print_in_Place_Easel_NEW_VERSION.stl

Cura 5.5 Cocoon Touch printer I have a gear 150mm dia, 12mm thick and 26 internal teeth. I have placed 3 x 3mm holes around the gear for use with pk screws to fix a clear perspex plate. How can I increase the wall thickness around the holes so that PK screws have a good grip? I do not want to change number of walls around the rest of the gear. Is this possible.? I am a total beginner. CCT_Large Gear 12mml.stl
