I have a gear 150mm dia, 12mm thick and 26 internal teeth.

I have placed 3 x 3mm holes around the gear for use with pk screws to fix a clear perspex plate.

How can I increase the wall thickness around the holes so that PK screws have a good grip?

I do not want to change number of walls around the rest of the gear.

Is this possible.?
