  1. As predicted, the cable was unfortunately not to blame. After contacting Ultimaker support, they examined the log files and found that it was the faulty motherboard. They've already encountered a similar case. So I have to send the printer back to my dealer.
  2. Remet peut être à niveau ton plateau, sinon j'utiliserais de la colle en bâton, même si c'est du PLA.
  3. I have just ordered a new cable, I hope with all my heart that it will solve my problem. I have also made a request to Ultimaker support. Thanks for your reply, I'll keep you posted.
  4. Not toast, but twisted and rubbed together (especially the orange).
  5. Thanks for your reply. Concerning the print head cable, I've just seen that it's not very nice, the plug was turned 180° and the cable stuck between them (thanks to the machine fitter). But I'm afraid the problem isn't with it, but rather with the material loader. What do you think?
  6. No ER error, just that pesky “An unspecified error has occuured in the motion controller. Restore to default settins.” It's the S5. I had an ER34 shortly before, but it had disappeared.
  7. Hello, I have the message "error has occurred in the motion controller" and can't solve it. It appeared after a change of material. Thank you in advance for your messages. logs-ultimakersystem-a8b31a0a6b434532b050dcedd06f41b7-8.3.1-20240902060846.zip
  8. Salut à tous, Après avoir fait un changement de matière sur mon S5, l'imprimante a bugué et à redémarré sans que le processus soit terminé. Lors du redémarrage, l'erreur suivante est apparue... Merci d'avance pour votre aide.
