Hello,

We was printing 2 pieces and the machine stopped suddenly and and now is not turnning on.

There aren't any signal to know what could be the problem, it's seems that the motherboard is died or something bad.

what we should do?

    Hallo!

    I had the same story.

    Only main fan is working. But computer can't find printer, screen is black, LED is not working...

    I just trying to find a person who can test motherboard... If it will not succeed, I think motherbord should be changed.
