Dual Extrusion ... Am I missing a part ?

When I got my dual extrusion kit, it came with no new long m3 bars for the 4 corners of the hotend.. so i just assumed its normal to use the 4 old ones.. did that.

Now realised that the two corner bars on the left side are just peeking out of the bottom alu plate... and there is no chance in hell in attaching back my cooling fan...

i was a bit confused what I did wrong... but now iv checked out the wiki and it seems like in the wiki photos. there are two much longer m3 bars on the left side...

does the kit come with 2 longer m3 bars ? or am i totally wrong and confused now... ?

14. Put the fan on its place and screw 2 16mm bolts in from the bottom in order the attach the fan to the aluminum plate.

You need to add the spacers and 2 extra bolts from the bottom. This keeps the fan better in place and solves the short studded bolt problem.

ahhh shit ok !! thank you !!

but little question, now then does the long screws not actually touch into the bottom alu plate... and so is the overall strenght and regidity of the frame not a little compromised ?

The long screws should still screw into the plate, there are 2 screws in there now, from the top and bottom.
