How to set nozzle size? Line size not answer as it is affecting thin walls.

I am trying to create a new nozzle size for Ender 5 plus with Ultimaker_Cura-4.6.0.AppImage

I read posts that claim line width should be set.

But its only a partial answer as setting the nozzle size may or may not fill in thin walls.

The option to print thin wall is checked.

A larger nozzle size with small line width will not fill in thin walls.

While the same line width settings on smaller nozzle size will fill in thin walls with no other changes.
