Issues with printing because of software

Posted (edited) · Issues with printing because of software

Hi Guys,

Recently I started with 3D printing chocolate. The printer I'm using is a Creality Ender 3 v2 with the extruder is from Wiiboox and the slicing software is Ultimaker Cura version 5.2.2. The first layer of my prints looks good, but when it starts with the second layer everything goes wrong. The printer starts to heat up and the speed of the printer goes up. I tried a lot of different settings and made lots of prints, but this issue keeps coming back with every print.

I included the recent STL file in the attachments of this topic. Here is also a list of the most important setttings I changed for my prints:

  • Plastic nozzle diameter: 1,2 mm
  • Layer height: 1,0 mm
  • Line width: 1,5 mm
  • Speed: 8 mm/s
  • Flow: 8%
  • Infill density: 80%

Do any of you know how I can fix this problem in the software?

Looking forward to see your reactions!
