Simultaneous use of the 2 print cores

Dear All, I like to print small parts. To speed up the process I do have the following question, Is there any possibility to use both cores Simultaneously because there is no overlap of the items. So X and Y can be used the same nozzle. Meaby there is a need to take the Core changer out of the head? Or is there a other option in Cura to speed it up. Best Regards Tommy.
