I seemed to have resolved the issue by manually clearing the PLA from the two loaded print heads.

I'm having the same issue after a resolved z-axis issue. Any updates on how to fix this?

I just purchased a new Ultimaker2 Extended for work. I have an Ultimaker2 at home too. The feeder on this new printer feeds in reverse. I've never taken the machine apart and have confirmed the problem with "change material". Any assistance will be appreciated. Justin
