  1. very unhappy customer who paid for this on March and yet to receive the upgrade kit.
  2. I have placed a fully paid order with your reseller think 3d in late March now it's July. All I'm getting from them is that you are not delivering the part citing various excuses. What's going on? I'm an ultimaker 2 extended owner why are you treating your customers so shabbily?
