You are omitting the port number (see the :8080 part):
http://[ip address]:8080/?action=stream
Thanks. That works.

This method doesn't seem to work (anymore?). UM3, firmware 3.6.2.20170322. Unless I'm doing it wrong....
http://[ip address]/?action=stream
just redirects to
http://[ip address]/start.html
and prompts for the Welcome to Ultimaker 3.
Camera streams OK to Cura though.

Has anybody tried ETHY-LAY or similar support material (alcohol soluble)? Thoughts or advice?
Any suggestions about do/don'ts or good/bad primary material combos?
How about with Polycarbonate?

@kmanstudios Maybe this question can be moved to another forum category for more response?

Somebody above said
If I wanted to use Polycarbonate, what can I use for supports?I have the same question.

What are the new compatibilities concerning PVA as a support and other materials other than PLA and Nylon?
I'd like to hear answers/comments on this too.
My first print with PC/PVA on UM3 didn't go well. PVA doesn't seem to adhere to PC.

What's the best way to check on the status of the print without using Cura?
I don't like to keep Cura open because it makes my PC spin up loud, but I'd like to know time remaining, temperatures, etc.
I got the webcam streaming in a browser, so that's not a problem.
I can get the times with a bit of work using
but I have to do calculations to change the seconds into hours, % remaining, etc.
And I can find temperatures in a similar way, but again not very user friendly.
Has somebody made a script or applet that does this?
